Non Profit tax returns
CS corporation is structured to avoid the double taxation that happens in a C Corporation. S Corporations allow profits, and some losses, to pass directly through to the owners’ personal income without being subject to corporate tax rates. However there are some limits to S corporations and all shareholders must be U.S. citizens.
Tax returns for non-residents
A non-resident must also pay income taxes to the IRS but only on the income that is related to the U.S. This includes money earned while in the U.S. The IRS, however, has no authority to impose tax on the income that non-residents earn in their home countries or in any foreign country for that matter.
